Food
In many regions of the world, war, migration, food scarcity, and difficulties in access to food are major issues. The groups most affected by these challenges are women and children. Malnutrition and hunger seriously threaten the health of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.
In collective living conditions, such as in refugee camps, the risk of infectious diseases spreading increases. For children weakened by hunger and a compromised immune system due to war and migration, this situation becomes even more dangerous. The lack of access to sufficient and balanced nutrition leads to health crises, which, in turn, make the survival struggle of communities even more difficult. Due to food insecurity, particularly disadvantaged individuals face the risk of death.
Our Food Aid Activities
As Just Human International Aid Association, we extend a helping hand to those struggling with hunger in various parts of the world. Our activities include:
-
Food Package Distribution: We provide food packages to meet the basic nutritional needs of families. These packages contain staple food items such as rice, pasta, lentils, oil, and flour, with the goal of meeting the daily food requirements of those affected by war and migration.
-
Qurbani Shares: During the Eid al-Adha festival, with the support of our donors, we carry out the sacrifice ritual and distribute the meat to those in need. This helps fulfill religious duties while also addressing the food needs of vulnerable communities.
-
Iftar and Suhoor Meals: During the holy month of Ramadan, we organize iftar and suhoor meals to provide warm food to those in need. These meals not only provide nourishment but also strengthen social solidarity, creating bonds of compassion within communities.
With our aid activities, we continue to combat the destructive effects of war and migration, offering hope to those struggling with hunger. With your support, we aim to reach more people, improve their living conditions, and help them look to the future with hope.
