The JUST HUMAN INTERNATIONAL AID ASSOCIATION, which carries out humanitarian aid activities both domestically and abroad, also demonstrates its sensitivity to the security of personal data in its activities. With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing, storing, and deleting any special or general personal data of our visitors, in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, the secondary regulations (regulations, communiqués, circulars) issued or to be issued under the Law, and the decisions made or to be made by the Personal Data Protection Board. As the Data Controller, we process your personal data in the manner described below, within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
JUST HUMAN INTERNATIONAL AID ASSOCIATION, which provides humanitarian aid services both domestically and internationally, processes personal data as necessary for fulfilling its legal obligations and as required by the nature of these obligations and services. In this context, your personal data is processed by JUST HUMAN INTERNATIONAL AID ASSOCIATION for the following purposes:
- To fulfill obligations under various laws such as the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, the Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735, the Labor Law No. 4857, the Press Law No. 5187, the Criminal Code No. 5232, and the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, among others.
- To conduct security, auditing, and communication activities, including the provision of services, law compliance, accounting, and legal follow-ups, as well as to implement social responsibility and sponsorship activities.
- To ensure the security of the data controller's operations and to communicate with relevant authorities and entities.
Your data is processed in compliance with the law, the principles of integrity, and the limitations prescribed by the regulations.
3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data, within the purposes mentioned above, may be transferred in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law to authorized third parties, public authorities, judicial and administrative authorities, law enforcement, and to our partners or other humanitarian organizations with whom we collaborate, and to external consultants, technology providers, and service companies in line with the limits outlined in the Law.
4. METHODS OF COLLECTION, LEGAL REASONS, AND TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Your personal data is collected by authorized data processors from JUST HUMAN INTERNATIONAL AID ASSOCIATION using various means such as email, phone, website, contracts, forms, and logs, both manually and electronically.

5. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA OWNERS UNDER THE LAW
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed, and if processed, request information regarding its purpose and use.
- Learn the third parties to whom your data is transferred, both domestically and abroad.
- Request corrections of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data under certain conditions.
- Request that third parties to whom your data is transferred also comply with the above requests.
- Object to the automatic processing of your data and the consequences resulting from such processing.
Your requests will be concluded within the shortest time and no later than 30 days.
