As Just Human International Aid Association, we were one of the first organizations to reach the region, providing support for search and rescue efforts while distributing food aid to the earthquake victims.

On the first day of the 7-magnitude earthquake in Morocco, we launched an emergency aid operation in the El-Huz region. We dispatched our emergency response teams to the area, supporting search and rescue operations. At the same time, we distributed food packages to those who lost their homes in the disaster.

THOUSANDS OF LIVES LOST
In the epicenter of the earthquake, the El-Huz region, thousands of lives were lost, while many injured individuals were pulled from the rubble. The earthquake affected a large portion of the country, with villages in the Atlas Mountains in the north being the hardest hit. Many villages were completely destroyed, and thousands of people in these areas lost their homes and loved ones.

AID REACHED OVER 500 FAMILIES
As Just Human International Aid Association, we continued our aid work in the country's most challenging areas, reaching thousands of people in need. We successfully delivered emergency food packages to more than 500 families, especially in El-Huz, Amizmiz, Molla Ibrahim, and several other affected settlements.

MOROCCO NEEDS EMERGENCY AID
Furthermore, Just Human International Aid Association has launched a donation campaign for the ongoing efforts in the region. The campaign, titled "Morocco Needs Emergency Aid," is accepting donations through our website at bagis.sadeceinsan.org.tr and by phone at 0216 651 73 39.
